By creating your account, you agreed to these terms. You can delete your account and data at any time if you do not agree.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account on Nugoi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nugoi. The minimum age declared at sign-up is checked automatically and may be compared with your official document during identity verification (KYC). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have the legal capacity to accept these terms
  • Have not previously been banned from Nugoi
  • Are not a registered sex offender

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your information up to date
  • Not create multiple accounts
  • Not share your account with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, intimidate or threaten other users
  • Post offensive, illegal or inappropriate content
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Ask other users for money or financial information
  • Use other people's photos or create fake profiles
  • Send spam or unsolicited content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on Nugoi (photos, texts, etc.). However, by posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display that content in connection with the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for the consequences of posting it.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Nugoi offers free and paid (Premium) features. By subscribing to Premium:

  • You authorize recurring charges until you cancel
  • Renewals are automatic
  • You can cancel at any time
  • There are no refunds for partial periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of the Terms of Use
  • Fraudulent or misleading behavior
  • Multiple reports from other users
  • Prolonged inactivity

8. Disclaimer

Nugoi is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct of other users
  • Content posted by users
  • Meetings or relationships resulting from the use of the app
  • Loss of data or content

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Nugoi, its directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the Brazilian courts.
